No. Our prices include labor and travel ONLY. Customers are responsible for purchasing their own parts.
We always reccomend authorized auto parts sales centers, such as Autozone or Napa. Amazon is NOT always reliable quality, but we understand that they tend to be less expensive.
In most cases, we will. If you are located outside of Zone 2, a travel fee will be added to your final bill. It will be up to Pedro to decide what a fair travel fee is to travel to you, and you will be informed of that fee before service/upon booking.
This happens all the time, unfortunately. If Pedro travels to you at your scheduled booking time, and it is discovered that the wrong parts were purchased, which prevents the completion of all or part of the job, a $40 fee will be added to your final bill. This $40 fee covers time and travel.
To keep services affordable and efficient, please double-check all part numbers and vehicle fitment (year, make, model, engine size). and compatibility before your appointment. Still not sure? We recommend contacting the parts store or dealership with your VIN number to confirm fitment before buying.
Please call or text Pedro at (860) 272-6894. We do not offer online booking at this time.
If your company/employer allows it, of course! My wife is a teacher and I service her colleagues cars at the school. Please notify the necessary parties that a mechanic will be on-site before your appointment to avoid potential interruptions in service.
We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and Cash App.
That, of course, depends on what you are getting done. Most oil changes take anywhere from 20-45 minutes. Full brake pad and rotor replacements usually take 1.5-2 hours, depending on the vehicle.
That depends on the regulations of your HOA or landlord, but in most cases, no. A lot of times,, landlords and HOA's do not allow the maitenence of vehicles on premises. If that is the case, please let Pedro know and other accommodations can be made.
